SLS is a manufacturing technique which produces 3-Dimensional parts by selectively sintering powdered material.

From CAD or scanned data, SLS provides strong functional prototypes which can be used in a variety of applications, even under high pressure, high temperature environments.

We provide models using Nylon, Glass-Filled Nylon and a variety of Metals, such as Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Titanium.

We can also produce extremely complex geometries using our sand sintering process, for the development of Cores & Moulds for direct metal castings, without the need for tooling or patterns.
